Responsible for salary calculations, compensation approval, monitoring and analysis report generation, and monthly wage provisions.
Monitor and analyze data related to overall labor costs.
Configure and test the basic law system of the EHR compensation module.
Bachelor's degree or higher. Educational background is flexible, with preference given to those with a degree in Human Resource Management.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data sensitivity.
Strong logical thinking and data processing skills.
Prior experience in salary calculations for large enterprises is a plus.
