Develop and maintain recruitment channels and resources (including third-party resources) to ensure the success and support of recruitment efforts.
Implement talent development programs and provide ongoing career development support throughout the professional journey.
Manage Service Providers (SP) and their resources, identify talent growth needs, guide talent empowerment needs, and match talent supply requirements.
Analyze B-side customer recruitment needs and job characteristics, match talent value to recruitment needs, and maximize talent value.
Handle business and marketing activities for the RPO project under your responsibility.
Perform other daily-related tasks.
Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in recruitment or the human resources industry is preferred, and exceptional candidates may have flexible educational requirements.
Ability to expand recruitment channels.
Strong communication skills, self-discipline, problem-solving abilities, on-time task completion, innovation, and analytical and summarization skills.
Proficient in using office software.
Willingness to travel when required.
