Responsible for recruitment operations management and efficiency improvement, analyze recruitment operational data and conduct recruitment diagnostics, regularly produce relevant reports, and propose solutions to related issues.
Explore new recruitment concepts, platforms, and tools, develop new recruitment techniques and methods, and share, promote, and effectively implement them internally.
Cooperate with the company's strategic and talent demand strategies, formulate employer brand building strategies, and enhance employer brand influence.
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in large companies or diversified corporate headquarters in recruitment operations/COE roles.
Possess practical experience in recruitment delivery and recruitment operations, familiar with the end-to-end processes of social recruitment, campus recruitment, internal recruitment, and employer branding, with experience and successful cases in channel and integrated recruitment capabilities.
Have a good systematic understanding, excellent business understanding, solid recruitment methods, and knowledge of human resources, and be familiar with relevant national and local labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrate good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, excellent logical thinking, communication and coordination abilities, data analysis and summarization skills, overall planning and exceptional handling abilities, project control abilities, and resilience to pressure.
