Research and manage employment policies for compliance, assist business units/companies in formulating employment strategies, and implement systematic and compliant employment management.
Provide solutions and communication assistance for daily employee relations management issues for Business Partners (BPs), summarize method experiences, and conduct compliance management training.
Coordinate relevant parties to address complex employee relations issues.
Iterate/optimize the existing employee relations management system, draft/revise employee relations management regulations and related processes.
Organize and implement HR compliance reviews, identify employment risk points, and improve existing system processes.
Bachelor's degree or above, 2-5 years of work experience, with a preference for majors in law, psychology, human resource management, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork. Clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, ability to independently solve complex problems, self-driven, and strong resistance to pressure.
