Based on the company's overall strategy and human resources development plan, establish and improve the compensation and performance management system, formulate the company's compensation and performance strategy, and streamline and optimize relevant systems and workflows.
Implement internal and external compensation surveys, assist in establishing a compensation structure in line with talent strategy, build a compensation system, and complete internal salary setting and annual salary adjustment.
Prepare annual human capital budgets and conduct quarterly monitoring and analysis.
Develop incentive mechanisms, design differentiated incentive mechanisms by function and project, enhance incentive effectiveness, and establish a sound and transparent allocation mechanism.
Integrate and analyze HR-related data from industries and competitors, produce HR analysis reports, provide support for management decision-making, and continuously support business expansion.
Design an overall framework for human resources data analysis based on company strategy and human resources planning, produce analysis reports, offer management suggestions, enhance organizational efficiency, monitor organizational management risks, and promote the realization of human resources planning.
Bachelor's degree or above, 2-5 years of work experience, with a preference for majors in law, psychology, human resource management, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork. Clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, ability to independently solve complex problems, self-driven, and strong resistance to pressure.
