Provide appropriate solutions from a human resources perspective to support organizational change.
Investigate and analyze business situations, identify development trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, ensure employee engagement, and satisfaction.
Work closely with business leaders to ensure efficient and timely support for business development in goal setting, performance management, and capability management processes.
Drive the implementation of human resources policies in business departments, ensure the effective execution of human resources policies and projects, and ensure the standardization of business operations.
Design and implement employee team activities tailored to business departments to address business pain points and motivate and inspire employee enthusiasm.
Bachelor's degree or above from a regular university, with 3-5 years or more of human resources work experience.
Prior experience in human resources in large internet or service industries is preferred.
Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws, and regulations.
Self-driven, strong analytical skills, conscientious, and responsible, with good interpersonal skills, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.
