Responsible for team management and achieving annual budget targets.
Develop and maintain recruitment channels and resources (including third-party resources), ensuring the assurance and achievement of recruitment tasks.
Analyze recruitment needs and job characteristics of B-side clients, match talent values according to requirements, and maximize the value of talent.
Handle the business and market development aspects of the projects under management.
Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred experience in recruitment team management and RPO project management.
Ability to expand recruitment channels.
Strong communication skills, self-discipline, problem-solving ability, ability to complete tasks on time, and awareness of innovation, analysis, and summarization.
Proficient in office software operations.
Willingness to travel; travel frequency and duration will be determined based on the requirements of each project.
