Handle the issuance of employee salaries and monitor labor costs.
Manage, account for, provide feedback on employee performance, conduct feedback interviews, and monitor warnings.
Responsible for the payment of employee insurance.
Experience in team management with strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and personnel management skills.
High sensitivity to data, strong logical thinking.
Good professional ethics, a sense of responsibility, and high resilience to pressure.
Good coordination and planning abilities in the workplace.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
